Fifteen



Fifteen is the number of the day. Why? It's because it is how much I've lost, to date, since joining the gym one month ago.

That is pretty amazing, especially since I didn't expect to look an additional five pounds. Well, it wasn't entirely by working out and eating right. Last week I was really sick with a stomach virus and well... you know how it goes - fluids only because I couldn't keep anything down.

Despite that, it is still such a really good feeling to know that I've lost 15 pounds in one month. That's a lot of hard work, dedication and sticking to my guns.
